Internship

The professional placement may be engaged in a practical context in Portugal or in another country, as long as the formal conditions required in the regulation are fulfilled.

After concluding the professional experience, the student must elaborate an original internship report. This report will be presented at public exam and must follow the Layout requests of the University of Minho, available in the student’s webpage.

The national professional placements are a responsability of the  Director of the Master.

In what the international professional placements are concerned, the LLP/Erasmus Program offers the possibility to engage a curricular internship (Erasmus Internship) in a corporate environment, as an integrating part of the study program in the University of Minho. All the students registered in Uminho who fulfill the necessary conditions to enter a curricular internship and who have the approval of their Academic Coordinator, may apply to this opportunity.

For those who intend to enter the labour market, the University provides scholarships integrated in the Leonardo da Vinci Program, which promotes transnational internships in corporations (of the same eligible countries for Erasmus Internships).
